Jet was voted South Africa’s favourite retail brand as it continues to serve families with good quality and affordable merchandise across South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Zambia, Mozambique, Namibia and Swaziland for at least 40 years. In doing so, they now have more than 450 stores nationwide and has earned the loyalty of 1.3 million members.
As a Content Producer for Jet Online, I was responsible for producing factually correct blogs and website content daily and ensuring that all objectives in line with the client are met. I ensured that all blogs, campaigns and website content were uploaded when need be and that the website is updated with new products on a monthly basis. In addition, I assisted the Social Media Manager with Jet’s social platforms. This included briefing in day-to-day content for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; responding to consumers in an engaging and timeous manner; scheduling posts and track activities with monthly status updates.
