Old Khaki is one of South Africa’s most popular quality leisure clothing brands. They have an extensive collection of ladies and men’s clothing, made from the finest quality fabrics. If you were to buy Old Khaki merchandise based on the brand description, then you’d be searching for an identity, and that is very much not what Old Khaki is all about.
As the Content Coordinator for Old Khaki, I was responsible for planning, writing and assisting with design and publishing of online content, including social media, website, external media and production promotion. Part of what I did was to produce weekly analytics report on interaction with online content, paying particular attention to users’ journey efficacy, reach, engagement and purchases in line with the online strategy objectives. In addition, I had to plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, and source product samples and props that fit with the context of the campaign. This goes hand-in-hand with developing and managing the monthly digital marketing calendar.
