Zazi, published by Bambisana Media Consortium, is an organisation for the youth by the youth, aimed at bridging the gap between the so-called disadvantaged youth and the “haves”. In doing so, they hope to empower young people with information regarding career plans, lifestyle, and how to better their lives.
As the Editorial Coordinator, I was responsible for initiating monthly production meetings with interns, as well as commission briefs to interns assisting with the bi-monthly magazine. I assisted as the Sub-Editor when needed and liaised with local fashion designers and photographers for fashion shoots. I was also responsible for managing social media platforms from time to time and worked closely with graphic designers.
